IPO यानी Initial Public Offering में अलग-अलग प्रकार के investors के लिए अलग-अलग categories होती हैं। आपने IPO subscription data में अक्सर QIB, NII और Retail जैसे शब्द देखे होंगे।
इनमें QIB यानी Qualified Institutional Buyer एक महत्वपूर्ण investor category है।

QIB का Full Form है – Qualified Institutional Buyer.
हिंदी में इसे योग्य संस्थागत खरीदार कहा जा सकता है।
QIB ऐसे eligible institutional investors होते हैं जिन्हें applicable securities regulations के तहत capital markets में निवेश करने के लिए qualified माना जाता है।
सरल भाषा में:
QIB = बड़े और योग्य Institutional Investors की एक विशेष category
QIB सामान्य individual investor से अलग होते हैं।
Institutional Investor क्या होता है?
पहले यह समझना जरूरी है कि Institutional Investor क्या होता है।

QIB Subscription क्या होता है?

दिखाया जाता है, तो सामान्य अर्थ यह है कि QIB category में received bids उपलब्ध QIB shares के लगभग 8 गुना स्तर तक पहुंच गए हैं।

QIB Subscription को Important क्यों माना जाता है?
QIB subscription को market participants अक्सर इसलिए देखते हैं क्योंकि institutional investors के पास आमतौर पर:

IPO के संदर्भ में आपने Anchor Investor शब्द भी सुना होगा।

Anchor investment को कई market participants institutional interest के एक संकेत के रूप में देखते हैं।

नहीं।
